from the American Marketing Association!

We
had a great 2008 year, not only because of
our great events that went on, but also because
our chapter won the fall membership drive
put on by the National American Marketing
Association. We had an impressive 23 new members
that had joined during the drive for our chapter
size.
Here the winners of the Fall Membership Acquisition
Campaign:
Chapter Sizes 1 & 2:
Minnesota - 84 new members for 11.04 % growth
Chapter Sizes 3 & 4:
Austin - 42 new members for 13.68 % growth
Chapter Sizes 5 &
6:
Las Vegas - 23 new members for 14.47% growth
Chapter Sizes 7 & 8:
Alaska - 12 new members for 21.43% growth
Congratulations to all those who helped us
achieve this!
In
other news, we have two new members who joined
the board; Pam Meza and LaToya McGee. We have
some exciting events lined up for this year,
so make sure to keep yourself updated so you
don't miss out on these great opportunities.

Also
the AMA toy drive was a great success and
the toys and games that were donated by all
of you, during the holidays, were given to
needy families in the Las Vegas Valley.
